Andy Aichele is the co-founder of Culture Always Partners LLC, developing and delivering services in learning & development, leadership coaching and culture transformation. He believes culture is what we do, and engagement is what we think about that. The connector is our behaviors and the choices we make every moment of every day. Andy’s coaching and facilitation style aims to help leaders make those consistent behavior choices to achieve a culture of ALWAYS.
Andy served as Vice President of Education at COSI, leading and supporting a transformative education ecosystem that empowered learning in lives and communities locally and globally through hands-on, accessible, fun and engaging experiences. He provided strategic vision and facilitation for COSI University, an organization-wide professional development portfolio focused on leadership development, career development, onboarding, and team infrastructure and engagement. Andy led the Organizational Learning & Development functions at NetJets Services, Inc. and at the Columbus Metropolitan Library.
The Ohio Museums Association recognized Andy as the Museum Professional of the Year for 2022. Andy serves as Board Chairperson for Motherboard Labs, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to educating kids and communities in environmentally responsible and sustainable use of technology. Andy serves on the State of Ohio STEM Committee, served as Chapter President and VP of Programs for Central Ohio chapter of Association of Talent Development (ATD), and was a co-leader of the Learning Leaders Forum. He also served four times as TEDxYouth@Columbus organizer and curator.
Andy holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from The Ohio State University and a master’s degree in business administration, with a focus on organizational behavior, from Capital University.
Laurie Miller, Vice Chair
Laurie Miller is a science communicator, educator, and community advocate passionate about connecting people with the natural world through curiosity, discovery, and innovation. With a background in museum education and public engagement, Laurie has dedicated her career to creating meaningful learning experiences that inspire people of all ages to explore science, technology, and the environment.
As Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Motherboard Labs, Laurie supports the organization’s mission to advance STEAM education, responsible technology, and environmental awareness. She brings experience in strategic collaboration, community partnerships, program development, and building connections between science, education, and the public.
Laurie believes that the future of innovation depends on curiosity, creativity, and empowering communities to use science and technology to create a more sustainable future.
Oliver Rogers engages youth in hands-on activities as a STEAM teacher at St. Benedict School. He teaches multi-disciplinary lessons that incorporate modern technology and teach standards-based science and math. Students get to tackle real-world challenges through engineering and inventing their own creative solutions.
Oliver previously worked as the Manager of Daily Education Operations at COSI, facilitating wonder for guests of all ages visiting the science museum. He managed a team of guest-focused educators to ensure accurate science content was presented to every guest across areas of expertise, including space exploration, animal science, physics, and electromagnetism.
Before COSI, Oliver served as an AmeriCorps member in Colorado, teaching elementary students about conservation in a series of school gardens. He taught students how to grow, harvest, and prepare fresh fruits and vegetables in a designated food desert. He incorporated agricultural technology to teach students how to think outside the box and grow food using hydroponics systems when environmental conditions weren't conducive to plant growth.
Oliver holds a Bachelor's degree from Muskingum University in Biology, Animal Studies, and Psychology.
